Incorrect or Defective Items
If you have received an incorrect item or if your item is defective, please contact us as soon as possible by email at

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt, provided that they are:

Unwashed

In their original condition

With all original tags and packaging intact
Once your return has been received and approved, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding return shipping costs.
We cannot refund or exchange items that show signs of use, wear, or damage, or that are returned without original packaging.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please follow the steps below.

We will review your request and provide you with the return form and return address.
Step 2: Send Your Return
After approval:

Complete the return form and include it in your parcel

Securely package your items to prevent damage

Clearly mark “Return” on the outer packaging

Use a tracked and insured shipping service
You are responsible for the return shipment and its safe arrival.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
