Completing Your Order
When you are ready to place your order:

Click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner.

Review your items and adjust quantities if necessary.

Click “Proceed to Checkout.”

Enter your details on the checkout page and confirm your order.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Important:
After an order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified. Orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery.

Prices & Shipping Costs
All prices displayed on the website are in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes where required.
Standard shipping costs are £14.95, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item is faulty or incorrect.
Delivery & Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly and safely as possible.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM on business days are usually processed the same day.

Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers.

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays or peak periods.
Order Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Missed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed, your parcel may be held at the courier’s local depot for up to 7 days.
The courier will provide instructions on how to collect or rearrange delivery.

Incorrect Address Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.
As orders are processed quickly, address changes cannot always be guaranteed.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately.
Design by Olivia cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If tracking confirms delivery but you have not received your order, please notify us within 14 days of the delivery date.
We will liaise with the courier to investigate the issue and keep you informed throughout the process.
Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Rights)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving a reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within this 14-day period.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
