• Participation in promotional giveaways is free of charge and does not require a purchase unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• The start and end date of each promotional campaign will be clearly stated in the relevant social media post or promotional material.

• Design by Olivia reserves the right to exclude participants who misuse or attempt to manipulate the promotion.

• Winners will be selected in a fair and impartial manner.

• Winners will be contacted directly via the social media platform on which the promotion took place.

• Design by Olivia reserves the right to exclude participants in cases of suspected fraud, unlawful participation, or violation of these terms.

• Participants who are not selected as winners will not be individually notified.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.

• No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of any promotion.

• Discounts or promotional benefits cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
