Before the distance contract is concluded, these Terms and Conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated where the Terms and Conditions can be reviewed and that they will be provided free of charge upon request.
If the distance contract is concluded electronically, the Terms and Conditions will be made available in a way that allows the consumer to store them on a durable medium.
If additional product-specific conditions apply, these Terms and Conditions will apply alongside them. In the event of conflicting provisions, the consumer may rely on the provision most favourable to them.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is wholly or partially invalid or void, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. The invalid provision will be replaced by a provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
Situations not covered by these Terms and Conditions will be assessed in accordance with their spirit and intent.
Any ambiguity regarding interpretation shall be interpreted in the spirit of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 4 – The Offer
If an offer is subject to limited availability or conditions, this will be clearly stated.
All offers are non-binding. Design by Olivia reserves the right to amend or withdraw offers.
Product descriptions are accurate and complete to the best of our ability. Images are representative; minor variations in colour or appearance may occur.
Obvious errors or mistakes in offers do not bind Design by Olivia.
All specifications, images, and descriptions are indicative and cannot give rise to compensation or termination of the agreement.
Each offer clearly states:

-
Shipping costs
-

If acceptance occurs electronically, Design by Olivia will confirm receipt by email. Until confirmation is sent, the consumer may cancel the agreement.
Design by Olivia takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect electronic data transfers and payment security.
Design by Olivia reserves the right, within legal limits, to refuse an order or impose conditions if payment obligations cannot reasonably be met.
The consumer will receive confirmation including:

Consumers retain the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, subject to the returns policy.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, the consumer must notify Design by Olivia in writing within the withdrawal period.
Returned products must be:
-
Unused
-
In original condition
-
In original packaging
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
Certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal if legally permitted (e.g. hygiene-sensitive items), which will be clearly stated.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, the consumer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered, Design by Olivia will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
